Some of our critical project successes include:

• Successfully resolved four IRS audits of tax exempt bonds totaling over $500 million in par since 2007
• Developed "from the ground up" comprehensive post issuance compliance portfolios and protocols for both a highly regulated public utility as well as a $2 billion academic medical center - a total of 37 separate bond issues in all covering a 60 year timespan
• Successful integration of a dynamic medical group into a large health center - all banking conversion work and interim financing completed during the height of the 2008/2009 financial crisis
• Seven distinct municipal market transactions totaling over $1 billion in par, including Swaps, LOCs, Bond Anticipation Notes, MTIs and all legal offering documents
• Implemented PeopleSoft as well as Oracle Cash Management Modules to streamline treasury operations and meet regulations
• Developed PCI-DSS protocols and remediation processes for an entity with over 150 cash collection sites
• Extensive capital project budgeting, strategy, financing and compliance execution involving multi-agency partners - the most recent work being done on a $295 million collaborative venture located in Portland, OR
